Make this for dinner

Ingredients

- 4 tomatoes
- 3 white onions
- 1 cup large capers
- 1lb smoked white fish or smoked salmon
- 1 bottle BLUE GRILL Pomegranate Fattoush Dressing
 
Directions

Dice Tomatoes, onions and mix w/ capers & half bottle of BLUE GRILL Pom Fattoush dressing.
Dice the White Fish and mix with half bottle of Pom Fattoush dressing.
Arrange the witefish in the center of a plate and the vegetables around it.
Served on French Baguettes.

Fattoush Salad Ingredients

- 1 Lettuce Romaine Heart chopped in 1 in. ribbon

- 1 cup diced  tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup diced radishes

- 1 cup pita chips crumbled

- Add your favorite greens & Veggetables

- 1/4 bottle BLUE GRILL Pomegranate Fattoush Dressing
 
Directions

Toss everything in a large bowl, add BLUE GRILL Pom Fattoush dressing to taste.  Garnish with pita chips.  Serve & Enjoy!



Greek Salad Ingredients

- 1 Lettuce Romaine Heart chopped in 1 in. ribbon
- 1 cup diced  tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced beets
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/2  cup boiled chickpeas
 -1/2 cup of pitted Kalalamata Olives

- 1'4 cup of crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 bottle BLUE GRILL Greek Dressing
 
Directions

Toss everything in a large bowl, add BLUE GRILL Greek dressing to taste.  Serve & Enjoy!
